Sweet Potato Friskies

Peel and chop sweet potatoes. Boil for 5 minutes then transfer to cold water then pat dry.

Transfer the sweet potatoes to a bowl and add 1/2 a pack of chunky and shake well.

In another bowl, add 1 1/2 pack chunky, add water and stir until it forms a thick batter.

Dip the sweet potatoes in the wet mixture then fry. (Make sure to add them to the frying pan one by one). Repeat the process to do double frying.
