Prepare 3 bowls, 1 with flour, 1 with whisked eggs seasoned with salt & pepper, 1 breadcrumbs seasoned with salt & pepper
Dip halloumi sticks in eggs, flour and breadcrumbs
Put in the freezer then fry when needed
Dipping Sauce: Olive oil and thyme (زعتر حلبي)
