Remove the edges of the toast slices and set them aside.
Spread your choice of filling (chocolate, lotus cream, cream cheese, or peanut butter) on one side of the toast.
Cut each slice into fingers for easy handling.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk until fully combined.
Dip each toast finger into the egg and milk mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the coated fingers in the pan and cook on low heat, turning them until golden brown on all sides.
Serve warm with nuts, fresh fruits, or syrup as a topping.
