Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes then chop into slices and chop into same-size fingers.
  2. Soak in a bowl filled with water.
  3. In a pan, off-heat, add room temperature water, vinegar, salt & sugar.
  4. Add the chopped potatoes.
  5. Turn heat on (to medium heat).
  6. When it starts to boil, take the potatoes out of the pan and drain on a towel until dry.
  7. Deep fry on medium heat for 3 minutes. (150 degrees celsius)
  8. Take out and drain on kitchen towel.
  9. At this point you can freeze the potatoes.
  10. Deep fry on high heat (180 degrees) until golden.
