Chop the safflower lemons into large pieces. Blend them with the foul/fava beans using a blender.

Add the pickle juice/water.

In a pan, add the foul/ fava beans with some water, stir well.

Transfer to a serving plate and add the tahini, olive oil, paprika & cumin.

Note: No need to add salt. Serving suggestion: Serve with Baladi bread and arugula.
