  1. Cut potatoes and put in cold water for a few minutes, then dry them well and fry them.

  2. For the Tartar sauce, in a bowl add the mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced pickle, minced garlic, minced onion, minced dill, minced parsley, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and mix all well.

  3. Add some salt on the fillet fish and leave aside for a few minutes then dry them very well.

  4. For the batter, in a bowl add 1 cup of flour, baking powder, corn starch, malt drink, salt, garlic powder, and mix them well.

  5. In a plate add 1 cup of flour and put the fillet in one piece at a time and cover it all up, then put in batter bowl, then fry for a few minutes on both sides, then drain on a rack and add a pinch of salt.
