Instructions

Combine the Chopped Local Lettuce, Parsley Leaves, Mint Leaves, Diced Cucumber, Diced Tomatoes, Minced Green Onions, Sliced Radishes, and Pomegranate in a large bowl.

For the Toasted Bread, cut the Syrian/Lebanese Bread into small pieces. Add Olive Oil, Sumac, and Salt, then mix everything well. Toast it in an air fryer for 10 minutes until golden brown.

For the Dressing, combine the Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Pomegranate Molasses, Sumac, Dried Thyme, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, and Salt in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Just before serving, pour the Dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to coat.

Add the Toasted Bread on top of the salad right before serving to maintain its crispness.
