Egyptian Okra Casserole

Instructions
Put Ghee in a pot, add Finely Chopped Onions, Meat Broth, a small spoon of Garlic, and a large spoon of Tomato Paste. Stir well.
Add the Bag of Frozen Okra and stir for five minutes.
Add 7 Chopped Tomatoes and a quarter cup of Water (do not add too much water). Season with Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Cilantro, and a pinch of Sugar.
Reduce the heat and let it stew for a full hour.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, add a cup of Hot Water (for those who like a light sauce, add more water before the cooking time ends), and add a little Oil.
Prepare a saute similar to molokhia saute and add it on top of the casserole, then garnish with chopped Cilantro and Parsley.
