In a pot over heat, add minced molokhia, and pour over hot broth gradually while whisking, until the desired consistency is reached. Don't let it boil.
To make the Taqliya, in a pot over medium heat melt ghee or butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until lightly golden and fragrant. Add coriander and keep stirring until fried.
Add some of the molokhia over the taqliya, combine them together, and return over the molokhia pot.
Season with salt and pepper. Gently simmer but don't boil, stirring occasionally until the molokhia is cooked.
