Pan sear the minced beef with onion, garlic and 7 spices.

Add Worcestershire sauce and pomegranate molasses.

Add baked eggplant cubes then add tomato juice, sugar, salt & pepper. Let it simmer.

In a bowl mix yoghurt with lemon, vinegar, tahini & salt then set aside.

Cut bread into cubes then toast in the oven. Roast the almonds.

Start layering: Bread, minced beef mix, yoghurt then top it off with fresh pomegranate, roasted nuts and fresh parsley.
