Egg & Pastrami Pizza

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the egg and season it with salt and pepper.
On low heat, add the butter to the pan and stuff the Levantine bread with the whisked egg, pastrami slices and mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Flip the bread on both sides.
Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the bread.
Bake it the oven under the grill for 1 minute.
