Instructions
Wash the Fresh Dates and remove their pits and skin. Arrange them in the bottom of your baking pan.
Combine All-Purpose Flour with Baking Powder.
In a blender, add Eggs, Butter, Oil, Vanilla, Sugar, Milk, and Molasses.
Also, add Pitted Dates to the liquid ingredients in the blender. Blend these ingredients until smooth.
Pour the blended wet ingredients over the combined dry ingredients (Flour and Baking Powder).
Mix until just combined to form the cake batter.
Pour the cake batter mixture over the prepared Fresh Dates in the baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
