In a bowl, mix flour, instant yeast, egg, vanilla, sugar, butter, warm milk and knead well.

Add butter and knead well.

Cover the dough and let it ferment in warm room for an hour.

Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape every piece into a ball.

Stuff every ball with a chocolate cube.

Grease a cupcake tray with butter and place the balls.

Cover the dough and leave it to ferment for 15 minutes.

Brush each ball by a mixture of egg yolk, milk and vanilla.

Sprinkle some sesame on top of each piece.

Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius on the bottom flame.

Turn off the bottom flame and turn on the grill.

Cover the baked pies for 10 minutes.
