  2. Add salt, black pepper, seven spices, and baking soda or baking powder.
  3. Mix all the ingredients very well by hand until they are fully combined and form a cohesive, soft mixture.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into desired forms (e.g., small patties or oval shapes).
  5. Set up three separate dishes: one with All-Purpose Flour, one with beaten Eggs, and one with Breadcrumbs.
  6. Dredge each shaped kofta piece first in the All-Purpose Flour, ensuring it's fully coated.
  7. Then, dip it into the beaten Eggs, letting any excess drip off.
  8. Finally, roll it in the Breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure a thick, even coating.
  9. Heat frying oil in a deep pan. Ensure the oil is hot, but not excessively so.
