In a bowl, mix mustard, lime, honey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika.
Marinate the chicken fillet with the prepared mixture and leave it for a while.
Cover the chicken with flour, dip it in eggs and then in breadcrumbs or panko.
Fry it in oil, add to the chicken pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, sausage, black olive and thyme.
Roast it in the oven till the cheese melts.
