In a pot, add vermicelli, cooking oil and mix.
Add milk gradually to get a creamy consistency.
Add sugar (to taste).
Cover it and let it set for the ultimate creamy results.
You can serve it with coconut and nuts on top of it.
You may add some melted Biscoff if you want it with a twist.
