  1. In a pan, add oil then add onion and carrots and saute.
  2. Push the onion and carrots to the side of the pan. Add the minced beef and stir.
  3. When it starts to lose the red color, mix it in with the carrots and onion.
  4. Add minced garlic.
  5. Add the chopped sausages.
  6. Add black pepper, oregano, basil and stock cube.
  7. Add tomato juice, tomato paste and sugar.
  8. Add some pasta water, stir then cover the pan and let it simmer.
  9. Add cream, add salt & pepper to taste. Then bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
  10. Add the pasta to the sauce and grated parmesan cheese on top and enjoy.
