Creamy Saffron Tagliatelle With Poached Shrimps

Prepare the saffron by adding 2 ice cubes to 1 to 2 grams of saffron and set aside for 10 minutes.
In a pan, melt butter, add onions and sauté , then add the garlic and sauté, finally add the cooking cream.
Add the saffron mixture we prepared earlier, pasta water and parmesan cheese.
When the sauce is ready, add the boiled pasta and shrimps.
Adjust salt to your taste.
Serve with sautéed broccoli or asparagus.
