Heat butter and oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until they are golden brown.

Sprinkle in garlic powder and pour in the cream.

Add a small amount of soy sauce.

Season with black pepper and oregano. Mix well.

Salt to taste and allow the mixture to simmer until it thickens slightly.

Once the pasta is cooked and drained, add it to the mushroom sauce in the pan. (or add it raw as per the video).

Let it cook for a few more minutes so the pasta absorbs the flavors.

Optionally, add chopped parsley and grated cheese before serving.

Serve the pasta hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
