In a hot pan, add oil and the sliced chicken, when its colored, season with salt & pepper and flip on the other side for 4 minutes
Add minced onion, minced garlic, chopped red bell pepper, sweetcorn and stir for a while
Add milk then dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the pan
Add sliced corn on the cob (optional)
Lower the heat, cover the pan and let it cook (you can add cooking cooking but that's optional)
