Cream of Mushroom Soup with Herbs

Instructions

  1. Slice mushrooms, chop herbs, chop onion and mince garlic
  2. In a pan, on medium heat, melt butter then add olive oil and chopped onion and when yellow, add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic
  3. When mushroom turns brown, add flour and stir until it dissolves
  4. Add water and stock then season with salt & pepper
  5. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes then add cooking cream and herbs - Stir for 3 minutes on low heat and enjoy
