Cream Mushroom Soup

  1. In a pan, add the butter and minced onion, and stir them until the onion is caramelized.
  2. Add the garlic and mushrooms, and keep stirring until the color is changed.
  3. Add thyme, Worcestershire sauce, and flour then stir.
  4. Add the beef stock then the cooking cream.
  5. Note: You can substitute the Worcestershire sauce with soya sauce, or you can disregard both.
  6. Note: If you want you can blend the soup, it will make it more thick and creamy.
  7. Note: You can increase the amount of flour if you like it creamier and thicker but bear in mind it gets heavier when it’s cold.
