Instructions

Marinate the cow's trotters with lemon, coarse salt, water and leave it for 1 hour till it gets white.

Prepare the soup by mixing in pressure cooker ghee, sliced mastic cloves, onion, cow's trotters, cardamom, bay leaves, water and leave it to cook slowly for an hour and a half to 2 hours.

Prepare the tomatoes Taklia by adding ghee, minced garlic, vinegar, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and water or cow's trotters soup.

In the serving plate, add toasted bread, white rice, cow's trotters and the prepared Taklia.
