Instructions

  1. Shape the minced beef into equal sized balls.
  2. Heat a pan/ grill and add the beef balls then smash them until thin.
  3. Add sliced onion and pepper on the patty.
  4. Cook on each side until 95% cooked to get the crispy caramelized edges.
  5. When almost cooked, add burger cheese on top
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill.
  7. Prepare the burger sauce.
  8. Prepare the burger; spread the sauce then add pickles and the stacked patties.
