Instructions

  1. In an electric mixer, mix, on high speed sugar, eggs & vanilla.
  2. Add the milk at room temperature and mix again.
  3. Add oil and mix again.
  4. Sift flour with cocoa and baking powder then add to the mixture.
  5. Brush cake pan with butter or oil.
  6. Add the cake batter to the pan.
  7. Bake the cake in the oven at 170-180 degrees celsius (depending on your oven)
  8. In a pan, off heat, add the chocolate, milk, oil and cocoa and whisk well.
  9. Add sugar and whisk again.
  10. Turn on heat and stir until chocolate melts. Set aside.
  11. When cake is ready, leave for 30 minutes before cutting.
  12. Cut the cake and add the chocolate sauce (both sauce and the cake should be warm).
