Chocolate And Vanilla Rolls

  1. In a bowl, mix the warm milk, sugar and yeast.
  2. Add the egg white, oil, butter and mix well.
  3. Add the flour gradually and mix well.
  4. Knead the dough well for 10 minutes.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic stretch and let it rest in a warm and dark room for 45 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into two halves.
  7. Mix one half with raw cocoa.
  8. Add butter at room temperature to the dough if it is hard.
  9. Divide the chocolate dough into two halves and the plain dough into two halves.
  10. Cover the doughs with plastic stretch and leave them to rest for 15 minutes.
  11. Using flour roll out one piece of the vanilla dough with a rolling pin. (Repeat with a chocolate dough piece).
  12. Brush the vanilla dough with water and add the chocolate dough on it.
  13. Using a knife align the edges on the dough then cut it into two halves and brush them with water.
  14. Roll them and make sure to close them well.
  15. Cut the roll into pieces.
  16. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
  17. Cover the pieces and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  18. Brush the pieces with a mixture of egg, milk and vanilla.
  19. Bake them in a preheated oven from 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius on the bottom flame.
  20. Turn on the grill to let them take a golden color.
  21. Cover it after baking to avoid getting them hard.
