Instructions

  1. In a hot pan, add oil then the chopped bell pepper, carrot & mushroom, season with salt & pepper and stir well
  2. Add cooked white rice and spring onions and stir
  3. Push the rice to the side of the pan and add (in the empty side) butter, minced garlic then soy sauce then 1 or 2 eggs and stir well then mix with the rice
