¹⁄₂ kilogram Chicken Breasts
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Lemon
1 teaspoon Chili Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon Paprika

Salt & Pepper

Dressing

¹⁄₄ cup Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Lemon
1 teaspoon Honey
Salt & Pepper
Fresh Coriander

For the Salad

Lettuce
Cherry Tomatoes
Pepper Cheddar
Red Beans
Avocado

Instructions

Cut chicken into cubes and marinade in all marinade ingredients

Add chicken cubes to skewers
