  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil to make the marinade.
  2. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and coat them with the marinade. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Let the chicken marinate and make sure to be as long as possible.
  4. Transfer chicken to baking pan, cook in the oven for about 15 minutes in the middle rack , or until fully cooked and slightly browned.
  5. Make sure to stir the chicken to make sure to be brown from all sides.
  6. Add sliced onions and stir then add parsley and tomatoes.
  7. You can a piece of coal wrapped in foil to the pan for extra flavor but that's optional.
