  1. In a bowl, combine chicken breast with salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, chili powder, turmeric, ginger, garam masala, garlic, and buttermilk or yogurt and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a hot pan then add chicken breasts and cook on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add onions and sauté until softened.
  5. Add tomato sauce and a mix of chicken seasoning spices and stir well.
  6. Pour in cooking cream and stir to combine.
  7. Return the chicken breasts to the pan and coat them with the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the mixture.
  9. Drizzle a bit more cooking cream over the dish.
  10. Serve the creamy chicken over white rice, garnished with additional parsley and a swirl of cooking cream if desired.
