  1. It is preferable to soak chicken breasts in milk for half an hour or an hour after washing them well. Soaking them helps remove any odors and makes them soft.
  2. In a deep bowl, put the yogurt, mustard and spices and mix them well. Add the chicken breasts and mix well until the seasoning reaches all the chicken.
  3. Cover and let the chicken marinate for at least two hours before cooking. You can keep it in the fridge for a whole day.
  4. In a frying pan, put olive oil and grill the chicken over high heat. When it changes color, add butter. Cook for 4 minutes on each side, then reduce the heat and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat. You can garnish with any preferable greens.
