Chicken Liver with Pomegranate Molasses

To clean liver: In a pan add water, onion (chopped in 4 pieces), garlic cloves, cardamom, cloves, bay leaves and a cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil then turn heat off and let it cool. Add the liver for 4-5 minutes in the warm water. Then wash under tap water and drain.

In a very hot pan, add olive oil, minced onion, chicken liver, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, black pepper, liver spices and mix.

Add pomegranate molasses and a little bit of water, and leave it to cook for 10 minutes.
