Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Cover the chicken and refrigerate for at least an hour to marinate.
Heat some oil and a small amount of butter in a pan, then brown the chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, add a small cube of butter and sauté chopped onion for 1 minute.
Add minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, and spinach (optional) to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
Stir in flour and add chicken broth (make sure it’s not salty).
Cook for a minute or two until the sauce thickens.
Return the chicken to the pan, allowing it to soak in the sauce for a few minutes.
Optional: Sprinkle cheese over the dish and let it melt before serving.
