In a bowl, mix Syrian Baladi cheese, Kashkaval cheese, and chopped pepper.
Place the cheese filling onto the Saj bread.
Roll up the Saj bread to ensure the filling is sealed inside.
Mix flour and water to form dough. This dough will help you seal the edges of the saj rolls effectively, ensuring they stay closed during cooking.
Drizzle some olive oil over the top of the rolls.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the rolls in the oven for 15 minutes to make it golden and crispy.
