Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray with ghee.
Mix yogurt, ghee, milk, baking powder, egg, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
Lay one sheet of goulash pastry on the baking tray and brush it lightly with the yogurt mixture. Repeat with multiple layers until half the pastry sheets are used.
Spread the diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions evenly over the pastry layers.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar, roumy, and mozzarella cheese generously over the vegetables.
Layer the remaining goulash sheets on top, brushing each with the yogurt mixture.
Pour the leftover yogurt mixture evenly over the top layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
