Sweet potato

  1. Cut the sweet potato into cubes and add the sugar to it.
  2. Leave it over the night outside fridge.
  3. Bake it in the oven until caramelized.

Pudding (Muhalabiyya)

  1. In a cooking pot add milk, corn flour, condensed milk, liquid vanilla, cream and egg.
  2. Stir and mix till we get the required texture
  3. In a baking tray add the caramelized sweet potato and add the pudding on top
  4. Spread the crushed pistacio on surface and serve
