  1. Cook the cannelloni until semi-cooked نص سوا
  2. Prepare the kofta mix: In a bowl, mix minced beef with 1 egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, pomegranate molasses, minced garlic, parsley and season with sumac, salt & pepper
  3. Make the kofta fingers then stuff the cannelloni with the kofta add the wooden stick
  4. Breading: Dip the stuffed cannelloni in flour then eggs then breadcrumbs
  5. Deep fry the cannelloni sticks on high heat then on low heat (for the kofta to cook)
  6. Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise
