The Cake

In a blender, add the eggs and blend on high speed while adding sugar gradually.

Add vanilla, sifted baking powder and flour then blend again on high speed.

In a Pyrex, add butter paper and pour the blended mixture.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.

Lower the temperature to 170 degrees Celsius and bake it for another 20 to 25 minutes.

Let the cake rest in the turned off oven for 15 minutes.

Flip the cake downwards and remove the butter paper.

Divide the cake into 2 horizontal halves.

Return one of the halves into the Pyrex and add some milk/juice/sugar syrup on it.

Add a layer of the prepared plain cream.

Add the second layer of the cake and add some milk on it.

Decorate the cake by the chocolate and plain cream.
The Cream

In a pot, mix milk, flour, starch, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.

On medium heat, continue stirring till it gets thick.

Turn off the heat, add the cream Chante packets and blend with the manual hand blender.

Divide the mixture into 2 bowls.

Add chocolate to one of the bowls and mix well.
