  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Prepare the Coating: In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Dip the marinated chicken tenders in the flour mixture, then into beaten eggs, and back into the flour mixture for a double coat.
  4. Fry the Tenders: Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
  5. Make the Buffalo Sauce: In a small pan, melt butter, add hot sauce and honey, and mix until combined.
  6. Toss in Sauce: Coat the fried chicken tenders in the buffalo sauce.
  7. Serve: Serve hot as is, or in wraps, sandwiches, or alongside your favorite dips.
