Cut each of the Yellow Corn into three pieces.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the Butter. Allow it to melt and continue cooking until it turns a rich golden brown and smells nutty.
Add the corn pieces to the skillet with the browned butter. Cook, turning occasionally, until the corn develops a nice brown color on all sides.
Season the corn with Salt, Black Pepper, and Lemon Zest. Toss to combine.
Just before serving, squeeze fresh Lemon Juice over the corn and give it a final stir.
For easier eating and less mess, you can insert wooden skewers into the center of each corn piece. Serve immediately.
