  1. Mix the yeast and sugar with the warm milk well and set them aside.
  2. knead flour, salt, sugar, warm milk, egg, vanilla and the prepared yeast mixture.
  3. Add the butter gradually and knead.
  4. Cover the dough and let it ferment for an hour.
  5. Sprinkle some flour under and above the dough, then divide it into pieces.
  6. Sprinkle some flour to help in rolling out the dough pieces then folding them into oblong shape.
  7. Cut one edge of each rolled out piece into slices, add chocolate and roll each piece.
  8. In an oven tray, add butter paper and place the dough pieces.
  9. Cover the tray and let the dough pieces rest for 45 minutes.
  10. Brush each piece with a mixture of egg yolk, milk and vanilla.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven from 20 to 25 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.
  12. Turn on the grill so that the pieces could take a golden color.
  13. After baking, cover the piece and leave it for 15 minutes.
