Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut potato into small cubes
  2. In a pan, add olive oil & cook the potato until golden/ brown then season with salt
  3. Boil eggs
  4. In a salad bowl, add lettuce, potato, boiled eggs and any other breakfast ingredient you prefer (I added smoked salmon)
  5. Dressing: I used the readymade caesar dressing from Greenhouse
