Instructions

  1. In any container that fits in the air-fryer , add diced old bread ( any bread except baladi).
  2. In a bowl, melt and mix butter, milk, vanilla, sugar, nutmeg (optional) and you may add cinnamon. Let the mixture cool.
  3. Add the mixture to the bread.
  4. You may add pistachios and chocolate paste or any topping you prefer.
  5. Air-fry for 15min on 190C and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  6. You can serve it with ice cream and decorate with powdered sugar.
