In a blender, add eggs, vanilla, sugar, butter and add Rayeb milk gradually.
Mix flour with baking powder and add the mixture in the blender to them.
Cover the blueberries with starch and combine all the ingredients.
Add the mixture to cupcakes molds and place them in tray that contains water.
Bake them in the oven.
