Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip mascarpone, biscoff spread, and sugar until smooth and fluffy.( Mix gently)
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the whipping cream till we reach the desired consistency.(Watch video for technique)
  3. Combine both mixtures together gradually and gently to keep it fluffy and creamy.
  4. Prepare the coffee mixture by dissolving instant coffee in water and mixing in Biscoff spread. Set aside to cool.
  5. Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture then ladyfingers dipped in coffee mixture and some of coffee mixture and we will repeat same layer technique and final topping of mascarpone.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for overnight.
  7. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
