Get the beef cut from the thigh and pound to flatten.
In a mixing bowl, marinate the beef with onion water, mustard, salt, pepper and lemon juice
Prepare a bowl with whisked eggs and a plate with breadcrumbs. Dip the marinated beef in eggs then in breadcrumbs and pat gently.
Freeze for an hour.
Deep fry the beef (make sure the top layer in visible like in video).
Leave to filter from oil and serve.
