Beef Marinade
The Sauce
Instructions

Marinade with salt & pepper then cover with flour

In a hot pan, add oil and cook on both sides until brown

Remove beef from the pan and add oil

Cook the mushrooms until brown then add bay leaves, rosemary, nutmeg and season with salt & pepper

Bring beef back to the pan, add stock & water

Cover and put on low heat

Leave it until its fully cooked - you may need to add water every once in a while

You can add cream but this step is optional
