Instructions

  1. Mix oil & butter together then spread them over phyllo sheets
  2. Add your desired filling (I did nuts & cinnamon, ajwa and zebeeb)
  3. Roll them over and put in baking pan (like in the video)
  4. Brush the oil & butter mix
  5. Put in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes
    Monitor closely so it doesn't get burned
  6. Drizzle with syrup/ شربات and enjoy
