  1. Soak the frozen artichokes in boiling water for 15 minutes.
  2. Stuff the artichokes with ground beef, cheddar cheese, béchamel and cheddar cheese again.
  3. Place the stuffed artichokes in a baking dish and add 1/2 cup of boiling water to the dish.
  4. Bake it for 20 minutes in the oven.
