Flatten the chicken pieces and marinate them with onion water, lemon juice, yogurt, mustard, powdered chicken stock, rosemary, salt and pepper, and flour.

Leave it in the marinade for at least an hour.

Prepare two dishes: the first one with eggs, milk, and pepper, and the second dish with breadcrumbs and vegetar.

Now add chicken pieces to the egg, then to the breadcrumbs, and press well.

In a preheated air fryer, we will spray the chicken slices well with oil, and we will air fry them at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Then, we will air fry the other side for 3 minutes, and it is ready.
